merlin, no flying leap as in "off a cliff". And I sleep as deeply as I can until I have to feed the baby, probably due to exhasution from said baby. @nole: a plain townie turns the role into a powerless power role (i.e., they can instantly i.d. any one claiming plain townie as lying) not to mention we'd have lost already, 4 left we'd have to lynch a baddie today and at 2 to 2 they would be able to control the vote. Which reminds me: hey! jason, what are the lynch conditions with a tie?pendraggin: clueless day one? not so! Yes, goltar is my hubby irl. And he's also a very good player, better at deduction than many; and though he's not as convincing as some, he's also less convincable. He's a very LOGICAL choice.

ooops, I forgot nac was in, (where is he anyway?) so the power roles + 2 maifa is still possible, but again, the plain townie gets wierd enough I rather doubt it.

The condition for a tied lynch vote is random.org decides. I'm sure I wrote that in the OP.

No, I pretty much second nole. Problem with a four vs 2 scenario is that it would be 3 vs 2 now... Which is pretty much unwinnable for the townies, because the baddies can do a blockvote near the end on the day... They know who to target, the townies don't after all.
My money is on 4 plain townies vs one evil, evil hooded guy or gal at this moment.

No pendraggin, I was trying to see who would try to call me out for bringing the situation up.
If there were power roles, the mafia would already know that, because there would be 2 of them, not a lone wolf.
Yes, goltar was a good choice for a night 1 NK. But so is everyone else when you get down to it (with the exception of myself since I have a tendency to exude mafia every game.)
Jason, can I get an end time for today's proceedings please. I believe we are under the 12 hour mark at least.

Sorry for the late entry, i had a tough deadline for today but its over now.
It seems no action so far, and no votes with so few hours left till the end is a bit disturbing.
About the game scenarios, the posts seems to heavily favor the lone mafia option. I also think it is unlikely to have a plain townie role.
I will fire the first shot; vote nolecub
I will be around so this may not be my final vote but nole seems to be the only one i get mafia vibes (even if they are faint). So, lets see where it rolls.

Pfeh. I have no real suspects atm. I suppose I could vote back for nole, but truth be told, his posts were the most reasonable in my opinion. So, I'm going to vote for the guy who posts for the first time close to the deadline with a vote: NacRuno
Vote: NacRuno

No pendraggin, I was trying to see who would try to call me out for bringing the situation up. If there were power roles, the mafia would already know that, because there would be 2 of them, not a lone wolf. Yes the mafia would already know the existence of power roles, but not who holds them - anyone who's not mafia but supports the idea of game scenario two would be giving a hint that they "know" something. It's a shame Jason even mentioned the possibility as it clouds the waters somewhat. I'm inclined to think that your bringing it up may have been a subtle bit of role fishing or perhaps a veiled "I'm townie" role claim- either way sounds a bit fishy to me, so Vote: Noleclub

Pendraggin woke with a start. Was that a knock at the door? There it was again. Yep, someone was knocking. Turning round to check the clock on the bedside table, pendraggin gave another start. Who in the blue hell would be knocking on his door at 2:03 AM?
Then pendraggin remembered what had happened to goltar the night before, and decided that under no circumstances was he going to answer the door, or look through his peep-hole to see who it was. Instead, pendraggin picked up the phone to dial the police. He hit the dial button, and got no further as the rather large bomb went off under his bed.
Outside, a cloaked figure keeled over laughing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Night is over. pendraggin has been killed. Day will last 46 hours and 45 minutes.
First off, sorry for missing the vote, the microwave install took a lot longer than I thought it would. (2 1/2 hours to take out some screws and put new ones in?! WTF)
As for the night kill, that was just stupid.
pendragon was perfectly set up, he was the lynch synch vote on nolecub. There aren't two maifa & power roles (in which case we wouldn't be playing b/c the mafia'd already won) so there's no point to worry about a non doc save and thus no reason to go for him.
I mean really, the ONLY reason to go for him would be to try to deny information, but that kill along with N1 gives away more than it hides.
That move was right up his alley. I have to trust you weren't ducking the vote to deny info, w_m. That would really make a short game like this pointless.
With few people in the round, the lack of information is major problem. I can not see why pendraggin was NK'ed. I don't agree with w_m that he was set up with yesterday's votes but he seemed too confused as a newcomer to be any threat to any mafia. If we are to find the mafia among us, today is not the day to keep information to ourselves. Both of your posts seems too cryptic to me. I can not label any of you as mafia more than the other but the only way to find it out is to keep the discussion going. merlin: What would you preferred me to do with few hours left to the deadline and no votes on the table. I thought it was quite bad to have no votes upto that point any way. And voting is the fastest way to start some discussion. What does "right up his alley mean"? Also why do you think 'I' killed pendraggin. @w_m: What do you think the NKs reveal. Also how did you connect NK of N1 and N2. You said pendraggin's dead would only mean deny'ing information but i don't see what you mean there too. From the first day posts i was inclined to think w_m as more townie conpared to others but lack of voting is always bad for town. I don't understand why everybody played it safe and kept their votes anyway. What did anyone wait for? A confess from the mafia?
