Hi!
I'm Capybara, the world's largest rodent. Jude invited me to the boards. I'm off work because of the snow, so I finally got a chance to post.
Jude says that I should mention what kind of computer I have. What kind of computer do I have, Jude? My old Mac is not an answer....Oh, well...Let's move on to the kinds of games that I like to play.
I tend to like builders like Sim City 4, The Sims 2, Zoo Tycoon...
I played Diablo II a few times, but it makes me nervous. I tend to freak out and just want to kill stuff. Jude claims that it's relaxing...I haven't found that to be the case. What do you all think?
I plan on posting some recipes at some point. I used to like to cook once and a while. I just don't have much free time anymore.

Hola, Capybara! Every forum needs at least one rodent. Some have more than their share... I Have Civ 3 and play that a little. It is fun but I can't escape the pull of the 'other' game. I tend to freak out and just want to kill stuff. I think you just summed up the entire point of the game in one sentance. Have fun!

Hello Cap! hmm, 'bara?
I'll figure that out later...
Do you just like to build it up or do you like the effecting things aspect, I actully had a lot of fun with Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon (though the original freaked me out b/c you never had enough TIME!)
And more recipies are always good... I'm past due on posting some actully. Not being able to stand for mor than 15 minutes at a time does tend to affect some fo the better recipies so I'm behind on my baking too...

I think that I like the building something that wasn't there before and then watching how new interactions become possible as a result of changes in the environment...
That's sort of what I do in real life. Well, theoretically, anyway...

Worse...I'm a faculty member / administrator at a university; I design courses and develop programs for students who don't seem to care much about their educations...
