Jude, here.
I forgot to introduce myself, as did everyone except Water_moon.
I think that everyone that's already here knows me from other places, but for any newcomers:
I live in a Pennsylvania city in an old house, cluttered with music and games and books, with my partner and 2 cats. I play guitar (Gibson Dove), create artwork with paint, pastels, and computer graphics (on my Macs), among other things, write, play board and computer games, playtest games of all sorts, read mostly science fiction, mysteries and ancient history/archaeology stuff, but I'm a compulsive reader, so I've read all sorts of things!
If I were rich, I'd be living in Paris...
If anything was possible, I wouldn't even be on this planet.
Can't think of anything else to write now...
except, thanks, Water_Moon, for inviting me to your forums.
Jude

Mercedes Lackey Anne McCaffery Andre Norton Terry Goodkind R.A. Salvatore I'd better stop there.... I do tend to enjoy most authors, and get hooked on a given series over an author. For instance I'm rather fond of David Weber's Honor Harrington series, Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time and Tanya Huff's Keeper series. My author searching reminded me of a site I like to share, as much for the concept as anything It's the Baen Free Library www.baen.com/library/ They have a good number of full books on their website from known (and lesser known) authors. The idea is that you can discover an author or series and that will in turn motivate you to buy more hard copy books.
